Whether you love her or hate her, you must admit Paris Hilton is a cash machine. She makes so much money off endorsements and her own brand that if her family was to cut her out of her fortune, it would make little difference in her life.
Since Paris is trying to become BFF with Britney Spears again, she thought she'd offer her some advice--it was good advice too!
On Saturday night when the former pals hung out for Britney's 26th birthday, Paris took it upon herself to give the pop wreck some career advice.
Among the points Hilton made: Spears needs to cut back on her social life, she should revamp her entire management team, and, according to Hilton, ''only hire the very top agents, publicists, managers and assistants money can buy.''
A spy at the party also heard Paris say, ''Britney, you have to listen to people who truly are experts in entertainment. You can't be listening to friends, no matter how good or loyal they are, to tell you how to run your career.''
Paris also told Brit to pay more attention to the endorsement deals ''or else those will go away and you'll find it harder to replace them with new deals and products.''
Paris actually gave her some damn good advice, only problem is Britney doesn't like to listen to anyone but the voices in her head. She definitely needs a new management team though, hiring friends to manage your career has 'bad idea' written all over it.

Britney Spears lost custody of her children after ex-husband Kevin Federline accused her of failing to take a drugs test.
The 'Toxic' singer, who was ordered by a Los Angeles court to hand over two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James to Kevin until further notice on Monday (01.10.07), is said to be fuming after Kevin's legal team claimed she had missed a random drug and alcohol test.
Britney's attorney Sorrell Trope told People magazine: "There was a claim by Mr. Federline's attorney that she had not complied with a previous order the court had made - before I came on board as lawyer - about having a random drug and alcohol test.
"There's no evidence that she actually failed a test."
The court treats failure to take a test the same as actually failing a test and has scheduled another hearing for today (03.10.07).
Last month, Judge Scott M. Gordon said Britney showed "a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" and ordered her to take twice-weekly drug tests.
Federline, who was "thrilled" after receiving temporary custody of his sons, is yet to comment on claims Britney missed a test.
Monday's custody decision was also made because Britney couldn't provide a California driver's licence.
Trope explained: "We weren't able to prove compliance with what the judge ordered.
"Specifically, the judge ordered that by 10am on Monday morning, both parties show valid California driving licences. I've been unable to produce evidence of that."
Britney, whose Louisiana licence is not valid in the state of California where she is currently living, applied for a valid licence soon after handing her sons over to Kevin's bodyguard on Monday.
Last month, the singer was charged with driving without a valid licence and leaving the scene of an accident after she hit another car.
She faces up to six months in jail if found guilty.
Britney and Kevin - whose divorce was finalised in July - had originally been granted joint custody of their sons.
Britney's erratic behaviour - which has seen her indulge in wild partying, allegedly take drugs, publicly shave her head and enter rehab - sparked Kevin's decision to fight to become the boys' primary carer.

Last week on again/off again BFFs Paris Hilton and Britney Spears walked into a Hollywood animal shelter and, after careful consideration, adopted two adorable and friendly adult pit bull mixes. Then, pushing through the paparazzi, the celebutante and pop star immediately signed up for the ASPCA’s basic dog training class … psyche!
Back in the real world, TMZ.com reports that the spontaneous spending habits of this dog-hoarding twosome haven’t gone unnoticed by animal protection groups. TMZ, which has long chronicled Paris and BritBrit’s impulse puppy purchases, reprinted a letter from the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
PETA President Ingrid E. Newkirk writes in part: “Your impulse purchases of dogs encourage others to follow suit, no matter how ill-equipped they are to provide a decade or more of care for a little dog who has feelings and needs and who requires patience, veterinary care, and stimulation other than nightclub music and bar laughter.”
And that’s not the least of it. PETA protesters took their beef to the Hollywood mean streets. A TMZ video documents two of the angry animal activists in Paris and Britney masks and party girl threads, arms filled with tiny toy dogs (and in BritBrit’s case, two baby dolls) and still managing to hold up signs that read, “I BUY DOGS SO SHELTER DOGS DIE,” and “SHELTER DOGS ARE DYING AND I DON’T CARE.” PETA Director Daphna Nachminovitch said in a TMZ quote, “Forget jail or rehab, these selfish stars should do a stint in an animal shelter." Federline has stepped up his custody battle with ex-wife Britney Spears by filing an order to show cause for primary physical custody of their two sons, according to reports.
Britney Spears' parenting of Sean Preston and Jayden James has been criticized in the media and the pop star Britney Spears's recent behavior on video and photo shoots have raised questions about her emotional state.
And it seems Federline shares those concerns - his lawyer filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday outlining why he deserves more custody, according to People.com
The couple's divorce was finalized last month. At the time, they agreed to joint custody.

Troubled pop star Britney Spears has infuriated Spice Girl Victoria Beckham by snubbing her at a Los Angeles restaurant, according to reports.
The pair bumped into each other at celebrity hang-out Chateau Marmont last Tuesday (31Jul07) but despite Beckham’s best efforts to introduce herself, Spear allegedly walked off without a word.
A source tells Britney Spears newspaper The Sun, “Victoria said, ‘Hi Britney Spears. I’m Victoria from the Spice Girls.’ But Britney Spears had no idea who she was. Britney Spears just looked at her with a bemused expression and turned and walked away.”
Victoria and soccer ace husband David arrived in Los Angeles in July (07) and have since been welcomed by a string of Hollywood stars including Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Will Smith and Demi Moore.

Hot Britney Spears has allegedly snubbed Victoria Beckham.
The singer Britney Spears is said to have stormed out of the restaurant at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel when she was offered a table next to the Spice Girl and her husband David Beckham on July 24.
A witness told the New York Daily News newspaper: "Britney Spears turned up at the Chateau and the only table available was the one next to Posh. " But Britney didn't want to sit next to her, so she and her friend stormed off to Il Sole instead."
However other reports claim it was Victoria who snubbed Britney.
One diner told Closer magazine: "Britney walked in and sat next to Victoria and David. Victoria was fuming and got up, practically dragging David with her.
"She told staff it was ridiculous to think she'd want to be near 'that mess' Britney.
"It's not a good move for anyone."
Victoria is said to have angered staff at the hip Los Angeles hangout - who do their utmost to keep the star-filled venue private and paparazzi free.
A source said: "She always lets the paparazzi know when she'll be arriving.
"The Chateau Marmont tries to give celebrities their privacy, and they hate her there. They like David though."

Sexxy Britney Spears later swapped her pink locks for a long black hair-piece and took her new pet pooch out clubbing with her to a Hollywood nightspot.
A friend said: "Sexxy Britney Spears took London out with her because she didn't want to leave him alone."
The 25-year-old singer reportedly forked out £1,500 for London after spending 30 minutes shopping for a new mutt.
Pet-lover Paris Hilton also refused to be parted from her new furry friend and arrived at a Malibu beach party carrying her dog.
The 26-year-old hotel heiress - who also owns a pet Chihuahua called Tinkerbell - dressed her puppy in a special dog bikini to match her own skimpy beach attire.

According to People magazine's Web site, Britney Spears is set to join Cyndi Lauper's "True Colors" tour for a one-off at Los Angeles's Greek Theatre on June 30. Hot Britney Spears's last stage outing was in early May, when she performed briefly in San Diego.
"True Colors" is sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign and aims to promote LGBT community and equality. Other acts on the bill include Debbie Harry, Erasure, the Dresden Dolls, and host Margaret Cho. (The Advocate)

Although Paris Hilton is a model, singer, actress, author and a reality TV star, she seems to be better known for her personal life than her accomplishments.
"
Some of these people are famous, and we don't even know why," said Chris Blair, the chair of the communication arts program at Union University.
"
Naked Paris Hilton was famous before she was on television. She was famous for just being a pretty, thin millionaire. That was her claim to fame."
But her star status hasn't kept her out of trouble. In September, she failed a sobriety test. Later, police caught her driving on a suspended license twice. The second violation resulted in a 45-day jail sentence. Paris Hilton was scheduled for early release from a Los Angeles prison today.
While some teenagers think Hilton is "cool" because of her style, beauty and personality, some parents say her lifestyle of partying sets a bad example.
"Not everyone we see on TV is living the right life," said Janet Hayes of Milan.
Hilton, a hotel heiress, may be wealthy and beautiful, but that doesn't make her a good role model, she said.
Hayes and her 15-year-old daughter, Tiffanie, sometimes discuss the images they see in the media of young celebrities such as Hilton, singer Britney Spears and actress Lindsay Lohan.
It is important for parents to talk about the images that promote wild behavior, Janet said.
She remembers when Lohan, 20, starred in Disney's remake of "The Parent Trap" when she was 11.
"She was so pretty and everything," Janet said. "Now look at her."
Lohan entered rehab May 28 after crashing her car into a curb and was arrested for driving under the influence, according to the Associated Press.
Tiffanie said Lohan, Hilton and Spears are too wild.
"They need to calm down," she said.
Spears completed a monthlong stay at a rehabilitation treatment facility in March after attracting media attention for wild behavior that included partying with Hilton and shaving her own head, according to AP.
Last year, Hilton said she is a good role model, according to a statement she made in an interview on NBC's "Today" show. She also said that "A lot of mothers come up to me and they're really happy ..."
Kelly Sheffield of Jackson can't imagine why a mother would think Hilton is a good influence on their daughter.
"Her lifestyle goes against everything the Bible teaches on how to live for God," she said.
"She's definitely not a good role model for girls."
Sheffield's daughter, Taylor, is 17 years old.
"I don't agree with her decisions," Taylor said. Her mom is her role model, she said.
"But I know people who do like Paris and think she's cool," she added.
Lizanne Taylor, 16, of Jackson thinks Hilton is cool.
"She's Paris Hilton. She's cute. She's fun. But I don't think what she did is right."
Her friend, Ashley Smith, 16, of Jackson thinks Hilton's sentence is too short.
"She's a normal person," she said. "She's just rich, but she shouldn't get special attention because she's Paris Hilton."
Smith isn't impressed with Hilton. She said her role model is Oprah Winfrey.
"The thing I like about her is that she is rich, but she doesn't just keep it all to herself."
Mallory Yancey, 16, of Jackson thinks the media has unfairly portrayed celebrity Nicole Richie. She is Hilton's co-star from the reality TV show, "The Simple Life" and the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie.
"... It makes me mad when all the tabloids say she's anorexic. She just gets stressed out."
Blair said there are issues with role models and the perception of body image.
"It is sending a message that girls have to be ultra thin to be pretty and successful.
"I don't think the media is being overly critical. This is one of those situations where the media is accurately assessing that there is an image problem out there."
The Internet has exaggerated the fame of some young celebrities, Blair said.
"There was a point when Britney Spears was the top person being searched on the Internet," he said. "With all the things that are going on, that's a sad statement for our society at this point."
Find a better role model
Hilton, Spears, Lohan, and Richie can't really be considered a positive role model, Blair said, but they are role models whether they like it or not.
"They are definitely negative role models between their public exposure of themselves, the law breaking and trying to avoid their punishment," he said. "They do not represent the best that our society has to offer."
Society has thousands of young positive role models to choose from whether they're movie stars, athletes, musicians or everyday high school and college students who are making a difference in their community, Blair said.
"Unfortunately, they don't get the same level of press that a Paris Hilton or Britney Spears receives," he said.
Barbara May of Jackson said teenagers shouldn't depend on these young celebrities for guidance. She is a mother and grandmother.
People who work in churches are more ideal role models, she said.
"Parents can be a good role model, too," she said.
Sheffield said as long as parents are representing a good lifestyle, they can be a positive influence for their children.
"That's why we're parents, for our children to look up to," she said. "So we can guide them. That's our job as intended by God."
Blair said that not everyone will look up to their mom or dad as their number one role model.
"We do need to find role models who are facing reality, people who are facing the same challenges we are, and facing them with grace and dignity."

Hot Britney Spears had a secret meeting in Los Angeles to meet with her mom, Lynne Spears to end their feud, reports claim. Apparently, she has decided to forgive her family for "forcing her into a hell called rehab" after meeting with them at a Bel Air mansion. Her mom was accompanied by Jamie Lynn and her boyfriend. Britney Spears Picture is showing up yet again in unflattering photos splashed across newspapers and Internet Web sites.
Mexican TV and print media published pictures that celebrity Web site TMZ said showed the 25-year-old pop star vacationing in Puerto Vallarta. Spears, her long, blond hair extensions pulled back in a ponytail, is wearing a white-and-turquoise cover-up over a bikini that reveals her not-so-toned backside.
Spears completed a monthlong stay at a luxury Malibu, Calif., rehabilitation treatment facility in March after a series of run-ins with the paparazzi that included a stop at a San Fernando Valley hair salon, where she sheared her own locks.
Other photos on the Internet have appeared to reveal Spears out partying while wearing nothing underneath her short skirts. Other photos have shown her battling weight gain.
Britney Spears Picture recently posted a message on her Web site saying she had been acting like a “bad kid running around with ADD (attention deficit disorder).”
“Recently, I was sent to a very humbling place called rehab. I truly hit rock bottom. Till this day I don’t think that it was alcohol or depression,” she wrote.
Britney Spears Picture filed for divorce from aspiring rapper Kevin Federline last November, just two months after giving birth to their second child, Jayden James. The pair also have an older son, Sean Preston, now 20 months.
The couple reached a divorce settlement in March.

Hot Britney Spears, 25, brought her sons Sean Preston, 19 months, and Jayden James, 7 months, to her dance studio rehearsal this afternoon. Jayden was in his infant seat, covered by a yellow sweatshirt, but Sean Preston was on Britney's hip - his hair is really thickening up.
Sean Preston is so cute! Look at his outfit with the little vest/shirt combo...TOO CUTE...he looks so much like his dad! I understand people wanting to see Jayden but honestly, some of the accusations around it--it seems in these pictures, it was rather bright--they seem to be keeping him out of the sun and shading him with the blanket...seems pretty normal to me...very cute pic if SP...such a cutie he is! No qualms about showing Sean? Well since he really hasn't been seen in over 3 months I'll say she's not thrilled to show him either. People say she should learn from her mistakes and maybe she did. Britney spears had Sean out a lot when he was a baby and it only lead to drama and more drama. Maybe she is trying to protect Jayden from that. there is really no point or no way to hide a toddler that has been seen hundreds of times from the media. if she covered sean up people would call her crazy like micheal jackon.
The only thing I will comment on is the infant carrier. I have three kids and know the warning labels. Once a child hits 26 inches OR 20 lbs. they cannot be in an infant carrier anymore. At 7 1/2 months old, I would assume that Jayden would have outgrown that carrier. You can always tell which parents do not bother reading the warning labels when you see them carting around a 10-12 month old in one!
I read the labels and directions on all of my kids things and all three of my children were in their infant carrier until they were one years old. My kids are very average sized but they were neither 20 pounds or 26 inches before they were one.

Sean is not a big child so I am sure that Jayden should still be in his carrier.
I think that Britney is hiding something from the public about Jayden. It could be something like a birthmark, a deformity or maybe even something like down syndrome. There really must be some reason that she has never let anyone take photos for her fans or anyone else for that matter to see. I know just after Jayden was born Brit and Kevin were having so much trouble and something was said that Brit didn't want photos taken because she would have to give Kevin half of the money. Well the divorce is final now so it shouldn’t be a big deal at all to have photos taken. Haha come on now! You can't say he is too big for the car seat just to have reason to complain when you can't see him at all. Also just because she's "never" seen holding him doesn't mean she NEVER holds Jayden. We haven't even seen him out in public that much and when he is he's always in his car seat. Those things are very heavy and Britney is a small woman. Better to have the body guards carry it then risk falling down with it. I also doubt there is anything wrong with the kid. Kevin said she was keeping him private because she wanted "something that was only hers" and that she didn't have to share with the world. We saw a grainy shot on him once before and he looked normal. I also can't believe I defended her twice. But come on now, give the girl a break already.

Britney Spears has hit out at the media with a public rant claiming she is "pregnant".
The troubled star let rip when a group of reporters and paparazzi gathered outside a Malibu restaurant where she was dining, and sarcastically told fans to "always believe everything you read".
Britney Spears said: "I just want to talk and say, like, how nice our world is. It really is. Like the other day, I saw this magazine and it said I was pregnant. And I went up to my mom and my mom knew, like, she was right, as I am really pregnant.
"Always believe everything you read everybody! Because I am!"
Mother-of-two Britney, 25, also tackled reports she has been drinking since leaving rehab last month.
Britney Spears said: "I went to see, like, this person, like, on USA Today and they said I was drinking a lot and it was just so true."
Britney Spears - who shaved her hair off in front of paparazzi before entering Malibu's Promises rehab centre - also asked the journalists if she could see the footage they had just recorded, before saying she wanted to film some more.

Where in the world is Louis J. Pearlman? The man who gave us *NSYNC, Justin Timberlake, the Backstreet Boys, O-Town and even Britney Spears to some extent has vanished into, if not thin air, then air, in Europe. He's wanted in Florida for scamming 1,400 investors out of roughly $317 million.
If only Lou Pearlman could party again like it was 1999. The fat, frenzied manager of insipid boy bands was on top of the world then.
Forget that he was busy destroying the history of pop music with pre-wrapped junk designed to a have a shelf life shorter than the pet rock. He was raking in money and even keeping portions of it that didn't belong to him.
Eight years have gone by. And now Pearlman, who put Orlando on the map as a capital for Mouseketeers who graduated to Top 40 hits, for better or worse, is missing.
Don't worry; he's OK. Britney Spears, Justin timberlake and Nick Carter's former mentor is said to be on the lam in Europe while a bankruptcy receiver tries to untangle the humungous mess he left behind.
What's more: Federal prosecutors guess that Pearlman defrauded hundreds of investors to the tune of $317 million in a Ponzi scheme, or pyramid scheme, that didn't even involve music but phony investments.
Pearlman, in other words, is a real-life version of Mel Brooks' beloved Max Bialystock, the fictional Broadway producer who swindles little old ladies out of their life savings.
Indeed, this real-life Max recently suffered the suicide of his real life Leo Bloom. Frankie Vazquez Jr., Pearlman's closest associate since they were kids, took his own life in February. Journalists, experts and pundits in Florida figure Vazquez knew everything, especially that the end was near for Pearlman's scams.
Now, as lawyers try to figure out where the money went, Pearlman has slipped out of sight. His last correspondence came from Germany, where he was promoting another boy band. If the FBI knows where Pearlman is, it is not saying. And it doesn't matter. If he ever returns, everything he owned in Florida will have been sold or put on the block.
Pearlman has quickly moved to the top of the most-hated lists in Florida. He is a staple in the St. Petersburg newspaper. He has also inspired a Web site called scammedbypearlman.com.
It's not funny. The investors in his long-running scheme — in which he accepted money, promised returns and pocketed the funds — were not millionaires like Justin or Britney Spears but moms and pops who handed them their entire life savings.
Ironically, Pearlman apparently was bilking investors all through the 1990s at the very least, meaning during the time his boy bands were having hits on the radio like "I Want It That Way" and "Bye Bye Bye." They were also raking in money playing for sold-out arenas full of screaming teenage girls.
But that money wasn't enough for Pearlman, who also took banking institutions for another $150 million. He lived it up, too, with a private Gulfstream jet, Rolls Royce Phantom and a $12 million, 15,000-square foot Florida crib.
If Robert Stack were still alive and hosting "Unsolved Mysteries," he would put it this way: Louis J. Pearlman was last seen in Germany promoting a new boy band, US5. So far, no one's been able to locate him, but he did write a letter to the Orlando Sentinel in February proclaiming his innocence.
Pearlman's 100 or so companies, including those that still collect money from Backstreet and *NSYNC royalties, were put into bankruptcy recently. A receiver named Gerald McHale was appointed to bring some order to the chaos.
On April 9, McHale wrote to Pearlman's creditors: "... this is the beginning of a very long and tedious journey ... Monies borrowed for one purpose have obviously been used for other purposes; investor funds have been moved around freely amongst the Companies..."
McHale, in fact, did sell off Pearlman's largest asset right away — a local shopping complex called Church Street Station. But the sale's gross of $34 million was much lower than expected and creditors were warned not to expect anything from it.

In it, she talks like a dumb blond 10 years younger than her age, making sarcastic remarks at the way the media has hounded her (how ironic) as well as her management team (where she for the first time confirms that they forced her into rehab).
Furthermore, she has now made a 180 turn and has embraced the paparazzi with smiles and praise, even screaming out loud how much she loves the attention they’re giving her. Truth is…..and well, this is my two cents on this……britney spears might be making a smart move here. By making herself available more and more to those photographers as she goes about her day doing nothing over the ordinary, she’s actually decreasing the value she possesses in-front of the media. Simple supply and demand really. If you notice, she speaks of nothing we actually would be interested in, such as any new information about her album or tour.
Speaking of that, we’re hearing rumors she might throw an intimate tour with The House of Blues, I will try to confirm these reports as soon as I can. Here’s the other issue though: Britney spears threw a low punch at the people that manage hot britney spears career and business……that’s a moronic move, and that’s just my opinion. Think about it, after she shot that video with X17, she pretty much said “Anybody who manages me and doesn’t roll with my punches, I’m gonna call out in-front of the paparazzi” and in the business, that’s perceived as a bad move. Nobody wants to get their name in the mud like that. There’s a difference between business and personal. Granted, all of what I’m saying is me assuming that she actually wants to get back in the game, make some music, get her fans back, and make some serious money.
You’re going to think I’m biased, since I’m friends with her management team, but I’ll try to be as subjective as I possibly can. Her management team have known her since she was 15, they understand exactly what she’s about and there’s no substitute for that, even if you’re Irving Azoff. Britney is a lose cannon, she always has been, even if she has periods when she’s all chill for a couple of weeks, and that’s pretty much the number 1 danger and fear behind a manager that puts his name, effort and resources on the line.

Her best bet is to stay with Larry Rudolph, who was one of the very few that held her together during her peak. He’s the bread, she’s peanut butter and jelly, lol. I will always question whether there’s ever going to be any “true integrity” involved between them, especially after he jumped back into her world, but most of the times, that matters not, and especially in the world they’re in.
Either way…..Britney will need a new publicist and a 24/7 stylist…..some new people she can come to trust….but britney spears wallpapers should keep the people that once made her who she is close. Decreasing her celebrity value will not help her and I don’t think it will necessarily stop from more paparazzi following her to videotape more idiotic comments coming out of her mouth. That video was dumb. Especially for someone who shaved her head and recently came out of rehab. Later today all the gossip sites will have this video up and I bet you that most of the comments will be negative with mostly comments saying that she’s crazy and going straight back to the loony bin. Maybe she was trying to be sarcastic but that only works if on a daily basis you come off as super smart and put together like Scarlett Johanassen or Kate Winslet. Then people might find it funny and understand the cynicism behind the dumb act. Britney can’t pull it off because most people already think she’s dumb and insane. It’s also a slap in the face to most of her fans and her management. If she has the time to do this she also has the time to put up a video on her website with a genuine message to her fans thanking them for supporting her through this difficult time. Instead she turns a message to her fans into a complete farce. And she should be thanking Larry Rudolph for sticking by her instead of leaving her ass again. Britney spears wallpapers needs Larry and I don’t care how much she’s worth, people will not want to manage a child who acts out and throws temper tantrums. Everyone has their limit and Britney is really testing those limits right now. It really makes you understand why someone like her with money and looks (at least she used to look good) can’t find a decent guy. It’s because most intelligent, decent men with any integrity would not put up with this. The only guys who want to deal with a woman with the mentality of a child are those who are just out to steal her money and fame.
I don’t know what else to say. Britney spears definitely needs a 24/7 stylist because no one with as much money as Britney has the excuse to wear a broke dollar store wig, cowboy hats, and clothes that look like were bought at a thrift store. Britney spears pictures’d be better off wearing just jeans and a sweater or tshirt 365 days/year. I can’t believe she has to try to look this bad. Sad.

K-Fed's deal: $1 million and joint custody

Britney Spears’ new dentist has urged Hollywood’s paparazzi to leave his star client alone after witnessing photographers swarm her as she visited him for two teeth-whitening sessions this week (begs26MAR07).
Dr William Dorfman admits he still cannot believe what he saw as an army of snappers tried to get a shot of Britney Spears crotch’ first dental visits since checking out of rehab last week (ends23MAR07).
Dorfman tells Access Hollywood, “We checked Britney Spears crotch teeth. We did Zoom whitening. Everybody in Hollywood whitens their teeth.
